Ordering from abroad? We’ll cover your import fees.

If you’re charged import duties or customs fees when your order arrives, we’ll refund up to: £100, $125, €115

Just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you. We want international ordering to feel predictable, not like a gamble.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom, all EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

If we’re experiencing unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Delivery options

At checkout, you can choose between:

  • Free economy shipping

  • Premium express shipping (additional cost)

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for your region to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs & duties

Depending on your country, local taxes or customs fees may apply. These are charged by local authorities.

If you get charged, remember: we’ll reimburse up to £100 / $125 / €115 (send the receipt).

Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for a claim.
